Upcoming Workshops for 2026
Thursday 22nd January - Half Day Introductory Workshop 10am - 12.30pm £45 per person
My half day Introductory workshop is a great introduction to Indian Block Printing.
My studio here in Dunley (RG28 7PU) holds everything you need for a fun, relaxing and creative workshop with plenty of inspiration.
I will show you the different techniques for printing on fabric using water based paints and have a large collection of blocks that I have sourced from India as well as blocks that I have carved myself.
After a detailed demonstration you will spend the first hour of the morning testing your chosen designs and colours on to practice fabric, getting confident with different printing techniques. You can then move on to printing either a Tea Towel, a Tote Bag, Cushion Cover or a set of napkins.
You will also have the chance to print paper and stationery items such as Tissue paper, cards and tags.
Materials included in workshop:
Practice Fabric/Plain Cotton
Paper, Tags, Cards and Envelopes
Tea towel, Tote Bag or Cushion Cover
Tea/Coffee/Cake and Biscuits
You can also purchase additional materials to print on the day.
Thursday 19th February - Half-Term Children's Workshop 10am - 12.30pm £30 per child
Suitable for 8 year olds and above - a fun, relaxed morning printing a T shirt or a Tote Bag using blocks and water based paints. Includes soft drinks, popcorn and all equipment
Thursday 26th February- Introductory Workshop 10am - 12.30pm £45 per person
Suuitable for beginners and those who have attended a previous workshop. Spend a morning printing a cushion cover, apron or a Tote Bag.

Tuesday 10th March - Full Day Workshop 10am - 3.30pm £90 per person
Come and spend the day designing and printing a set of six napkins and a table runner and enjoy a delicious lunch. Tea, coffee and cake also available throughout the day.
